- Webinar Registration Form: We collect your Name, Surname, Email Address, Professional Role, Institution, City, Country, and specific clinical survey responses. This data is processed solely to manage your event participation, generate attendance statistics, and send you the Zoom access credentials.
- Membership Application Form: We collect your Name, Surname, Email, Institution, City, Country, and Professional Role to process your admission request and administer the association database according to our statute.
- E-mail Contacts: When you send an email to info@diggg.eu, we store your contact details and message contents solely to process and respond to your administrative or scientific inquiry.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your data is based entirely on your explicit consent (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR) provided by checking the mandatory privacy boxes before submitting the forms, or for the execution of a contract / membership relation (Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR).
4. Third-Party Processors and Data Transfers
To operate our static portal efficiently and securely, we utilize third-party services that act as secure data processors:
- Web3Forms: Our registration forms utilize Web3Forms as a secure submission transmission service. Web3Forms securely processes your form submissions and routes them to our official email. It does not store your personal data permanently on its servers.
- Stripe: When you pay the membership fee online, your payment transaction is processed entirely on the secure platform of Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. DIGGG e.V. does not collect, process, or store your credit card details; all financial processing complies with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Data Retention
We store your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the specific purposes mentioned above: webinar data is deleted shortly after the event (unless you consent to receive future activities updates), and membership data is retained for the duration of your active statutory relation with DIGGG e.V.
6. Your Rights under GDPR
At any time, you have the right to exercise your legal rights under the GDPR, free of charge:
- The right to access and obtain a copy of your processed personal data (Art. 15 GDPR).
- The right to request rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR).
- The right to request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR).
- The right to revoke your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
